Goetz Greve is Professor of Marketing and Sales and Vice-President for Research & International Affairs of HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration, Germany.
Professor Greve holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and a Diploma in Business Administration from Christian-Albrechts University in Kiel, Germany. Before joining HSBA, he worked as a consultant at Accenture and OC&C Strategy Consultants.
Professor Greve’s research interests include customer relationship management, sales management and online marketing. Professor Greve has co-authored and edited three books on these topics as well as numerous articles in international and national journals such as the International Journal of Research in Marketing and the Marketing Review St. Gallen. He serves as an editorial board member to the International Journal of Internet Marketing and Advertising and to the International Journal of Marketing Studies.
