Vicki leads the Global Marketing Team for BAND-AID® Brand – the #1 brand of adhesive bandages globally and a core equity for JOHNSON & JOHNSON®. She’s guided by the belief that when you put the consumer at the center and nurture that relationship through meaningful connections, you win business growth and brand love.
Vicki has 15 years of consumer marketing experience across a variety of brands such as TYLENOL®, IMODIUM®, ZYRTEC®, and MOTRIN®. She has worked across North America and in Global roles.
She has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Business from the Lebow College of Business at Drexel University and resides in Philadelphia with her husband Brad and two small children – Emma and Jake. As a mom to 2 kids under the age of 5, she is an avid user of BAND-AID® Brand and thrives on the moments of joy (and craziness) that family brings.
