Tom started his career as an R&D scientist at P&G, where he developed broad expertise in global consumer understanding. He acquired 20 years of consumer understanding experience, both at P&G and when working with some of the leading market research agencies. Tom finally joined InSites Consulting in 2008, servicing clients such as Heinz, AB InBev, Mars and P&G.
Tom has an outspoken passion for innovation research – facilitating brands in deep consumer understanding and translating this wisdom into relevant product or service innovations.
