Sarah Hutton is the Human Resources Director for Coca-Cola North-West Europe and Nordics. In this role she develops and executes people strategies that advance the effectiveness of the business; primarily responsible for the management of key HR initiatives for the NWEN business unit.
Prior to moving to London in January, Sarah was Group Human Resources Director for the Venturing and Emerging Brands group, part of the Coca-Cola North America business and prior to this, held the role of Group Director Organization Capability for CCNA. Sarah was accountable for organizational effectiveness and design, corporate culture, talent management and end-to-end capability development against the core organization capabilities.
Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company in 2006, Sarah was Senior Management Consultant for A.T. Kearney, a global management consulting firm. She worked with global clients across multiple industries to design and deliver organization effectiveness and change management support to merger integration, large-scale cost reduction initiatives & organizational restructures. Sarah developed the A.T. Kearney change management model and consulting methodology for consultants, and built change management skills with both consultants and clients.
Sarah has a passion for sharing experiences and lessons learned with others, to achieve personal, professional and organizational advantage and lasting results. Before moving to the UK at the beginning of the year, Sarah represented The Coca-Cola Company on the board of “Cool Girls,” an organization dedicated to driving the academic and life success of disadvantaged girls in Atlanta.
Sarah has a MSc. Management from Oxford University in the United Kingdom, and a B.A. Industrial Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa.
