Lara Millmow is Communications and Customer Experience Manager at Virgin Care, part of the Virgin Group – one of the most recognised and respected brands in the world.

Lara started in localisation in 1994 before moving into global brand and marketing communications, working with established market leaders and top luxury brands. She specialises in creating and driving brand engagement and customer experience across multiple channels in local marketplaces world-wide and has enjoyed learning to do things ‘the Virgin Way’ in her current role. Prior to joining Virgin, Lara founded her own global brand communications company.

Lara studied Marketing at Northeastern University, USA and is a member of the Global Marketing Network and the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. Lara launched the UK chapter of Women in Localization in December 2014.
