Based in London, Andrew is an internationally renowned thought leader in the fields of social business, digital transformation and social media networks. Currently, Andrew is Global Managing Partner, Consultative Sales in IBM Social.  In this newly created global role, Andrew and his team is responsible for developing and delivering a truly consultative approach across the whole of IBM, bringing together the best of IBM’s Smarter Workforce and Social offerings, with world-class consulting services.

Recent wins Andrew has been responsible for include a social and digital branding strategy for one of the world’s largest fashion companies with a multi-year engagement.

Previously, Andrew was CEO of leading social influence platform Kred, and presents at international conferences on a regular basis, while maintaining a well-read blog at LondonCalling.co about digital transformation and social business trends.

A LinkedIn early adopter since February 2004, Andrew is a dual British-Australian Citizen, and has been active in the UK, US and European markets since 2005.

Andrew’s extensive commercial experience comes as a result of running Australia’s largest commercial property website, PropertyLook, as well as holding senior marketing and business development roles with Australian telecommunications companies Telstra and Optus.  He was also responsible for launching Australian location technology company Seeker Wireless onto the world stage, moving from Sydney to London in 2006 to set up their European presence.  More recently he was head of international client strategy for WPP owned Visible Technologies.

He firmly believes that in order to “get digital you need to be digital”.  First online in 1983 via bulletin boards and email, Andrew set up his first website in 1994, and has been blogging since 2000 (before it was even called blogging).
