Tina O’Shea leads the content design team for QuickBooks, the small business platform with millions of users worldwide. Her team spans seven countries and is responsible for bringing the QuickBooks brand to life through voice and tone. Previously, she led content and social media for LeapFrog, a beloved kids’ brand with a passionate following, and worked on the editorial staff at Apple, where she helped develop and uphold the Apple Style Guide.
